Posted By: <b>Rhett Yeakley</b><p>Keith I saw the card too but obviously the guy doesn't resemble anybody that was playing baseball at the time (at least not to my knowlefge), the seller thought him to be a Champion Billiards player and may very well be right.<br /><br />It is not Richard K. Fox as all Police Gazette cabinets have his signature in the area of the photo credits.<br /><br />-Rhett
