I have a printed copy I've carried with me for the last couple of months and read whenever I have a chance.<br /><br />Is there a reference guide that shows the difficulty of backs in some kind of order? Some backs are obviously tougher than others, but where do particular Sweet Caporal Factory 42 backs become more difficult to find?
