Posted By: <b>Dan Bretta</b><p>Why has ebay screwed up all of my saved searches? For some unknown reason today all of my searches are switched to "Best Match" instead of "Newest Listed". WTF is "Best Match" anyway and who would use that as their main search function? Not only that, but some of my searches are also showing "Snapshots" instead of a list???? And one search for postcards in the collectibles category isn't even showing me that search anymore...it's just some random search for baseball. I see a tab up top for "go to regular ebay site", but when I click on it, and then do another search it's the same story. Is this happening to anyone else or just my luck?

I suppose "best match" in a pre-1930 catagory could cover anything from baseball cards to wine to an octogenarian dating service. Ebay just gets worse (or worser for Barry's enjoyment) as the days go by.

I had no idea this post even showed up until this morning and now I find it showed up 5 times!!!! <img src="/images/happy.gif" height=14 width=14><br /><br />I was already mad enough at ebay for screwing up my searches, but then when I tried to post this to the Net54 it just hung up so I hit send again and it still hung up...I guess I did it 5 times before I shut the computer off and went to bed.<br /><br />For some reason today ebay is back to "normal" and all of my searches work right. Is there any rhyme or reason to ebay anymore?

I got rid of a few and will lock this one so we can rant in one place <img src="/images/happy.gif" height=14 width=14>.....if this is an issue email me and I will unlock this so we can rant in multiple places <img src="/images/happy.gif" height=14 width=14>.....I too hate what has been happening with ebay.....they really have tried their best to screw up a good thing...and they are succeeding more everyday....regards
