W602 1947 Sports Exchange Minis- back Posted By: fkw
Hi Leon, I used to own that exact card.

It was cut from a flyer found in the hobby paper "The Trading Post" (The set was sold by them). I did see one of the complete flyers a few years back but dont have a picture of it. |

W602 1947 Sports Exchange Minis- back Posted By: Lyman
Leon, the card was cut from an order form inserted into the Sports Exchange for obtaining a complete set of "minis". An image of the front and back of the inserted order card is displayed on page 38 of Issue #14 of Old Cardboard magazine. Note that your Dizzy Trout card has a black border (unique to the order card). The cards in each of the three mini sets have either red, green or gold borders, depending on which set.

Lyman |
