Nice "hard to find" cards I wish I could get my hands on even though they are just common players. Posted By: <b>David Smith</b><p>I don't know much about sales of these cards in recent years but that seems like a lot of money when you add in the 20% Buyer's Premium and $15 for shipping. Though I am not complaining because I own a Yale Murphy card from this set, one of three known, so far.<br /><br />I think TIK bought a Yale Murphy on eBay a few months back for $900.<br /><br />Here is a scan of my Newsboy Murphy card along with a cabinet card from when he was in college, hence the nickname "Yale" Murphy.<br /><br />David<br /><br /><img src="http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1204754860.JPG">

Is this a common variation for Newsboys?<br /><br />BTW, if any of you haven't seen the gallery in the non-sports forum, it is extremely impressive.
