Posted By: <b>Fred C</b><p>Are you asking if people can determine "when" the card was graded based on the cert numbers? I know that labels have changed for the grading companies. You might be able to estimate when the card was encapsulated based on the cert label. I'm not of how to used cert numbers to figure out when a card was graded.
