I am trying to login just like I always do, but when I click the signin button nothing happens - no error - no nothing. I have deleted my cookies, reset everything and still not having any luck. Am I the only one?<br><br>.

Posted By: <b>John S</b><p>Bryan,<br /><br />I was having the same issue a couple days back. Are you trying to access the site through the link in your email? I could not log in (for some reason) when I attempted to access the submission page in that manner. However, when I went directly to the site I had no problem. Hope that helps.

Posted By: <b>Kyle</b><p>No problems on my end.<br /><br />You might want to try click the login in button instead of hitting enter on your keyboard. Sometimes that works for me. It really depends on what browser you are using.<br /><br />Good luck.

Posted By: <b>bryan long</b><p>OK - I have done everything I can think of now and it is still not working. Funny how it works for some and not others. I assume with the website changes that this stuff would happen from time to time. It will get fixed, and plus it is not life or death. Hopefully I will be able to login at some point.<br><br>.

Posted By: <b>Jeff Prizner</b><p>What the heck? I'm having the exact same problems as Bryan (clicking the Sign In button does absolutely nothing, page doesn't even load). I'm on IE. If I leave the password blank and click the Sign In, it does ask me for the password. It's just when I have both the login name and password entered, nothing happens.<br /><br />Very strange that it seems to be working for most others. Every other aspect of the site also seems to be working fine for me.

Posted By: <b>Bob</b><p>Bryan- This worked for me. Go to google and enter SGC sports card grading. Use this new link to go to the SGC page, click view submissions, enter password and user name and it should work.<br />tbob

I also tried signing up again just using the same login name but the site said sorry, that login name already exists.<br /><br />Bob,<br />I just tried the google method of getting to the site but still have the exact same problem.<br /><br />thanks to all for the help! Posted By: <b>bryan long</b><p>I called Michael yesterday and he mentioned that I would need to clear my cookies - which I did. He also said that if I having more problems that I could give him a call, but I just haven't yet because I assume he is getting drilled with questions just like mine and since it wasn't a huge deal for me at this time I just thought that I would leave him alone for now to take care of bigger issues. I may give him a call later. I do find it strange that others are having no problems while a couple are having the same problem I am.<br><br>.

Posted By: <b>david bryan</b><p>I am by no means a computer expert but I believe their updated site is having some problems with certain browsers. On AOL it does not work for me either but on the same computer Internet Explorer works fine. Tried it on two different computers with the same results.
