Posted By: <b>Brad Green</b><p><br />The W517's were issued in 1931.<br /><br />There are some fakes/reprints of the W517's out there, so you might want to be careful with this one. (I'm not saying that yours is a fake; I'm just saying that there are some fakes out there.)
