What is maximum value for grading based on?

Posted By: <b>Dave Hornish</b><p>I submitted onsite at a show with SGC earlier this year and they used the NM Standard Catalog value. Not sure if that is how older cards that are not often found in NM are valued (geez, I hope not). I would e-mail them and ask if you are unsure.
