Posted By: <b>cmoking</b><p>I don't know the answer, but the whole card looks richer in color than most M116 (not including the blue backgrounds). maybe that has something to do with it...just a guess.

Posted By: <b>Mark T</b><p>These M116 cards were hand tinted then produced to make this set so it could be the work of the artist.<br /><br />Also, have you noticed a few cards in this set look weird in the sense of the player. I don't remember the players but a few look like they were drawn by a 10 year old kid.<br />
