Posted By: <b>dennis</b><p>i imagine that the answer to question is the same for both the players. ruth was only 2-1 in 1914 so if the cards were produced (player selection) prior to the season starting both ruth and alexander were unheard of in thoise respective years. ruth did have a great 1915 and alexander a breakout 1911 but the cards were probably in production before the seasons began.only thing i can figure.
