Posted By: MVSNYC
dave haas- T3's are larger than both of those sizes you mentioned...i do not collect T3's, but have seen and handled many of them...as john mentioned above, over-sized top loaders would work (like those used for magazine protection) or pay the fee and have them slabbed by PSA or SGC...OR just start buying graded T3's, will already be protected and saves you the submission fees...

Jay Wolt- any other suggestions?

Semi O/T...what do you use to protect your T3's?
Posted By: jay wolt
Mike - All my T3/T9's are PSA graded. They had a 2 year jump
on SGC and I like the uniformity. SGC's slab is a bit bigger as
it allows them to use the slab for many other issues.
Although the black gasket highlights the colorful T3 card.
You can't go wrong w/ either company.
PSA made their slab w/ Turkey Reds in mind so its a great fit.
Also w/ the PSA slabs a comic book sleeve fits the slab perfectly
and I use them when I sell a dupe or trade for other T3's.
It prevents the slab from scratching in transit.

When submitting, I put the cards in the 7 x 9" top loaders for
protection and would use this size if I didn't want to spend
the $$$ for slabbing. The 8 x 10 top loads work well too!
Just a little larger for my tastes.

A collector once showed me his collection of Turkey Reds
and he had them in a binder using 1 pocket sheets, so
for 10-15 cents each he was content.

Anyway you protect them T3's are indeed treasures as Frank
suggested.

Posted By: Steve f
Ive slabbed my only two, but it's $50ea plus s&h. If you want to display it, AC Moore, or your local craft outlet can cut UV glass for their frames. They have the acid-free matte's too and their stuff's inexpensive.
