Posted By: <b>Ken W.</b><p>The 2005 Standard Catalog lists this set as being from 1929. It says that the checklist is incomplete. This may predate some of the players listed in the auction (I didn't look them up), so perhaps this is a later uncataloged version?

Leader Novelty put out many different advertising premiums for quite a span of years.....I was watching this auction but don't collect premiums too much....neat cards though....and probably uncatalogued. Here are a few of the 1929 strip type....<br /><br /><img src="http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1183157413.JPG">
