Posted By: <b>Aaron</b><p>It sounds like what PSA calls a mechanical error. You can submit the card back to PSA to correct. I have done this on a couple of cards. Just put mechanical error somewhere on the invoice. They do not charge any fees/shipping to correct their mistake.
