show me your e103's...
Posted By: Brian McQueen

Hi Scott,

A nice thread that covers this thread was started a few weeks ago. I included a link to it below. Some of the images have expired however many are still there. The e103 issue is a terrific set and amongst my top 2-3 favorites in the prewar sect of the hobby.

You also asked about e93s and e102s. I think that e93s and e102s are pretty easy to find on the whole. e93 is an attractive set that's very completeable. This combined with the fact that the cards are still reasonably priced makes it popular among collectors just entering the hobby.

e102 is an easy set to find cards for but very difficult to complete. It has a few difficult-to-locate variations along with some very high profile cards in it that will set you back a few bucks. e103s are not easy to find and this is a very difficult set to complete. I got to within one card of completing e103 and am still looking for that final one.

Depending on how the market is, e103s are certainly the toughest to come across. In times where the market is "thin" on quality material available, e103s have a way of making themselves scarce. There should still be plenty of e102s and e93s around during those periods however.

Hope this helps...good luck!

Brian

http://www.network54.com/Forum/153652/thread/1179621449/last-1179701920/Let%27s+put+together.........E103+Williams+Caramel +Set
