I wish there was some practice that was better than the others, but it's not obvious. Maybe the best one is the 15-minutes-per-lot, rather than waiting for the whole thing to close at once. I can vouch that it's a lot easier being on the West Coast, for what that's worth.<br /><br /><br />Bill<br /><br />
