(I am grasping).....but maybe this will get the ball rolling on some good guesses? take care

Posted By: <b>Dave S</b><p>I'd guess the wire could have something to do with being a magnetic attraction....and that the card was most likely issued with some type of game. Can only echo what Leon said..being that I've never seen one.
