T206 Any Distribution outside of the US?
 

Posted By: <b>Dave Hornish</b><p>I am reading a book on the Montreal Royals and came across this photo of Delorimier Downs taken in the late 1920's. While this is post T206 distribution, the Sweet Caporal ad got me wondering if T206's were distributed in Canada. You have 1 Montreal and 5 Toronto players in T206 as part of the Eastern League, so is it even a possibility? Sorry for the bad scan, the photo is quite nice in the book.<br /><br /><img src="http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p280/dsh46/sweetcap.jpg">

Posted By: <b>Judson Hamlin</b><p>I recall seeing a Sweet Caporal sign painted on a wall in the lower town of Quebec about ten years ago (the photo is somewhere), so the cigs were distributed, there but probably no way of knowing whether the inserts were T206s or birds/flags/etc...
