Posted By: Ben Fisher
Thanks Joe. It definitely has its flaws, but hey, it's an e107! Honestly I'd have a hard time choosing between it and my D359 if I was forced to. I'm a big fan of Eddie's cards and would like to add a e93 to the party eventually.

Posted By: E, Daniel
Not to be disruptive I hope, but the Nadja looks a little weird......zero skin tone and the white itself seems to lack the creaminess or solidness of most older cards. Entire image is much grainier than I've ever seen on another example. Absolutely huge side borders. Are you completely confident it is genuine?

Daniel

Show me your Plank's
Posted By: Ben Fisher
Not desruptive at all. Always good to chat about cards, especially my favorite ones. Well, first off it's a D359 Rochester Baking, not a Nadja. I think there are some minor color differences between the two sets, which is why this card looks slightly different from the two Nadjas already posted. Either way, I'm 100% sure it's the real deal. I think it would get an "authentic" grade if I were to have it slabbed because it is undersized t/b. The large high res scan may also have something to do with making it look a little grainy I guess.

Posted By: Joe D.
Ben,

If they were my cards, I'd have no problem choosing the e107.

But thats what makes this a great hobby - everyone has their preferences)

(and how cool is it to actually have that choice!)

Regards,
Joe

Wish I could find something of his affordable AND scarce!

Regards
Daniel

Posted By: Brad
I'm favourites are Ben's D359 and Dan's E104-1, Nice Cards!!!!

Ben, have you ever consider getting the D359 Plank graded? if not why?

High Book Value!?

D359 Plank = $5,500 NM? what does this card usually sell for (poor to VG)?

|
Show me your Plank's
Posted By: Dan Kravitz
Brad-
I don't think you can find a d359 Plank, or any other d359 in NM for under $10,000.00. Throw away the book when it comes to high grade vintage cards. I would imagine a VG Plank would run you close to $8K-$10K or more, and in NM maybe $30K-$40K if there is one.
