Posted By: <b>barrysloate</b><p>People spend a lot of time searching out lots and by discussing an ongoing auction not only are you giving away possible secrets, but seller may then start getting private offers, and you just create a whole mess. It doesn't always happen but we have an unwritten board rule not to discuss auctions until days after they are over.
