Posted By: <b>Bob</b><p>I wish I had the grading luck with GAI that these guys do. The cards I have submitted to them have graded out about the same as similar cards submitted to SGC.

Can this grade be right?????
 

Posted By: <b>James Gallo</b><p>MAN that us unreal.<br /><br />I have had several bad experiences with GAI and I just won't use them at all.<br /><br />I bought a nice GAI VG 3 Cracker Jack and it had 2 pin holes in it. Posted By: <b>Dylan</b><p>GAI can be pretty forgiving of paper loss. When it comes to cards that may grade a 1 with sgc gai will sometimes grade a 1.5 to 2.5 if your lucky. However when you get into the higher grades there usually more in line with sgc and psa.

Posted By: <b>steve f</b><p>Does GAI stand for Glasses Aren't Important? No offense to the owner, but I've recieved similarly erased 1950's grading rejects labeled 'altered'. Why would anyone in their right mind, attempt to 'improve' such a rare item? Better still, How can this slip by GAI?

Posted By: <b>Brad</b><p>Look close, is there paper loss on the card?<br /><br />I don't think so, you can clearly see the border line through the stain. <br /><br />Yes, I think the card is graded to high, maybe 3-4 (its a stain).
