Anybody else bid on this Mcgraw?

Posted By: Dave
I had asked the seller some questions about return policy and such if it didn't grade, at the end I just got scared. Should I have pursued further with such a low ending price?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270053855070&sspagenam e=ADME:L:RTQ:US:1

Posted By: Dave
I had asked a couple questions, she seemed really eager to get me to bid on the card, asking what she needed to do to make me more comfortable, biggest flag I had was asking how she came about the card and she stated selling for a friend. It may be legitimate. But I never like hearing the selling for a friend routine, if your a consigner and have 2000 feedback that's one thing, but not in this case. I but a couple bids in, but in the end, let it go.

Posted By: Steve M.
for my money I will NOT buy a raw card unless the seller has a return policy if it comes back from the grading company trimmed or altered.

We've had this discussion several times and I think you will find this to be the consensus of opinion on this board.

Posted By: fkw
The back has at least 4 small areas of scuffing (missing blue ink), so the price was about right.
