PSA Issue

Posted By: Cobby33
OK, so I said something nice about PSA in the other thread, so now it's my turn to vent.

I submitted about 6 Vintage cards a couple of weeks ago. I also had 1 re-holder, which I submitted on the same order form (mea culpa). I enclosed a check for ALL of the cards and sent the off.

I received an email last week, saying there was a "problem." I called and they said the re-holder had to be on a different submission form and all they needed was my ok to do so. I ok'd it, thanked them and moved on.

Today, I received a voicemail (now 2 weeks after I submitted my order), saying they needed a credit card # for the shipping/handling of the re-holder, although I included that all in my initial order. It was $12.55 for the ONE card.

As I said, shame on me for not taking the time to fill out two separate order forms and sending two different checks. But- isn't this a little excessive, making me jump through the hoops, wait two extra weeks and gouging me for $12.55 for EXTRA S/H?

PSA Issue

Posted By: steve f
I always muck up the PSA multiple form requirments, but found the S&H charges on par with SGC.

*Thanks for reminding me to check a pending sub.

Just got off the phone with PSA, "Your submission has been in the problem file. You combined TB's with LB's. Send an email authorizing, yada yada." Gees, what a shocker.
