Initially, SABR and Amazon had publishing date of Jan 06--SABR has note saying that a minimum number of copies need to be pre-ordered before publishing. Are others on the board awaiting this book?

Posted By: <b>Jeff O</b><p>This was a very hot topic at the 2006 SABR convention in Seattle a few weeks ago. There was also a brief notice about it in the recent newsletter. I don't have the details, but there have been and apparently will continue to be significant delays. I wouldn't expect to see it for another 12 months.<br /><br />BTW - the convention was a really great time!<br /><br />Jeff

Posted By: <b>jims</b><p>I was just reading the president's column in the recent SABR bulletin and I quote,"...we expect to have the book in the mail sometime in August. All the reports I have heard about the book indicate to me that it will be one worth waiting for."
