The seller has good feedback but seems to be getting a little help from "friends" cornhusker and davis on several auctions (ranging from boxing to 60's baseball as well as this one). His friends, both with 0 feedback, must have varied interests. I have not contacted ebay or the seller as of yet. I realize that this a football card but it seems that the seller deals in all areas of vintage sports. How do sellers continue to get away with this crap?

Posted By: jackgoodman
I reported this seller twice to Ebay - once for the "graded" category for a non-graded item and then for the probable shill bidding. That was a week ago or so. Nothing from Ebay except their preprogramed "thanks for letting us know" response. But then, it is a power seller.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8823344975&rd=1&sspage name=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Posted By: John S
Seems now that the seller has a "legitimate" shill bidder with a feedback of 614 bidding on many of his items. Is ebay that hands off? I have been using ebay for over seven years and have never seen anything this obvious.

I purchased this c1915 baseball notebook from this guy about six month for a whole $20.

I watched his auctions for a while after that and never noticed anything fishy....the stuff that's going on with him now is blatent.
