Posted By: <b>steve yawitz</b><p>It might not be toning on the reverse but discoloration associated with being pasted into a scrapbook. I'm guessing that's why the front was so well preserved but why there's apparently some subtle damage to the reverse. I personally think cards like that are some of the great values of the hobby.

And there is always the chance of a couple of spider wrinkles that the seller just couldn't see -- which is why third-party grading of cards sold on the internet is so important: the card looks great, but upon closer inspection there is something wrong.

Posted By: <b>steve f</b><p>my wag, Water staining from scrapbook backing removal also, that r/b corner may be dogear'd or delaminating. Without the holder, looks closer to a 3-4, not 6 as he wants us to believe. nice common
