Image Resizing

Posted By: Josh K.
When I originally used the resizing tool on imageshack it resulted (as intended) in my being able to post a smaller scan of the card that I wanted to show. Now, however, whenever I resize my scans on imageshack's site, the scan size remains the same but the scan itself becomes much more pixilated (less clear and out of focus) as if you tried to blow up a small file too big. Can anyone tell me how to simply reduce the size of the scan itself since it doesnt seem to work on imageshack any longer. Thanks.
