Posted By: <b>pete</b><p>probably because paypal is an ebay company ebay is providing a service for you so they charge the fees, just like an auction house is providing a service for you and they charge a fee...a lot of people will bump up the s/h costs to cover some of the paypal fee without mentioning it is for the paypal fees...its a bunch of b.s.<br />pete-<br><br>my best pitch was the one that made it to the plate!
