Posted By: <b>Scott Forrest</b><p>It's a 1915-ish antique pool cue. Probably about $500, but I bought it for $75 on ebay, so that's probably what he'll insure it for. Thanks.<br /><br />The seller found a place for L54 - considering the deal I got on the cue I won't complain, but the question might come up again since I might be buying more such items from overseas.

Posted By: <b>identify7</b><p>I have successfully shipped a pool cue wrapped, then packed in vermiculite and inserted in a piece of oil free steel pipe, screwed and capped at both ends.<br /><br />The shipping costs go up substantially, but the damage potential is low.
