Posted By: <b>robert a</b><p>Hi Pete,<br /><br />As you might know, some folks just kind of stuff the original overflapping paper that's left over from when the paper was punctured back into the hole. <br /><br />Hard to tell from the scan whether or not paper has been added.<br /><br />robert
