Duet</b><p>What I now of this issue--<br />Questionable legitimacy until recently;<br />Issue of popular athletes from the time period;<br />Among the few issues of the era;<br />Portrays Babe Ruth in his "hey-day";<br />Distrbuted in a glassine envelope with a coupon for sporting goods;<br />B&W photos on thin cardboard;<br />Advertising and Bio Backs with 1926 copyright with a couple of exceptions;<br />Examples are scarce to rare;<br />Appears to be circulated and uncirculated examples;<br />Some examples are cut-outs from Spalding Guide;<br />BMW has dealt with most of the known examples(Thank you Brian for your help);<br />History of issue is incomplete;<br />The 1927 Ruth I own and the one BMW posted are the only known examples with the 1927 copyright and Bio variation<br />There is a difference in my Ruth and BMW's Ruth back (placement of the "Nationality, American" line<br /><br />Please share what you know of this issue, lists of cards you may own, and scans of backs so that we may learn more about this issue.<br /><br />
