Brian mentions that the ad and bio backs are about equal. Perhaps this Simmons took off because of the ad back?

Others will justify their "exhibits don't count, and die-cuts aren't cards" philosophy so as to make this Al's rookie. <br /><br />Personally, I think PT Barnum is somewhere smiling at this one, and I would not be surprised if 3-4 more of these Simmons hit Ebay by year end. If so, expect the price to go down a little and the card quality to go up--while I don't own one, these cards are often found in fairly high grade.
