M116 Chief Bender Blue Background
 

Posted By: <b>Richard</b><p>Greetings, can anyone answer this question regarding this M116 Blue Background Chief Bender. The card was graded by GAI and it says First Graded with bleed. I do not know what this means. (with bleed) I examined the back of the card and I do not see any ink bleed if that is what it refers to. Any help, comments, or opinions would be welcome. I could send scans of front & back if anyone would like to see them.<br />Thank You
