1915 Jimmy Austin CJ questions
Posted By: Max Weder
I just received a 1915 Jimmy Austin CJ (thanks Scott) and noted a couple of points.

First, it states he was born in Cleveland OH on Jan 2, 1888 when he it seems actually born in Swansea Wales in 1879 (states baseballrefence.com http://baseballreference.com/a/austiji01.shtml)

He is also shown on being with the Pittsburgh Federals when it doesn't appear he ever played for them.

Anyone have an idea how long he was with Pittsburgh in the FL before he jumped back to the Browns?

Thanks

Max
