That seller was "briggle4me". Two of those cards have resurfaced coincidentally a few days after the month long investigation paypal conducted. i was given a refund but the cards are out there again. His feedback was pretty solid prior to my purchase, so I wont say he is a crook, but I did have an experience where he didnt deliver the cards, nor did he respond to any e-mails I sent him. This is a mere warning - perhaps it was simply a one time bad experience.
