Anyone else notice...
Posted By: T206Collector
It's been back and forth for me. I've been selling some pretty beat up T206 cards on ebay lately as singles and I'm getting some pretty unbelievable numbers.

To get over $20 each for these cards....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5182443791&rd=1&sspage name=STRK%3AMESO%3AIT&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5182442991&rd=1&sspage name=STRK%3AMESO%3AIT&rd=1

...struck me as a bit odd, given they both have back damage (either paper loss or writing). Don't get me wrong, I was happy to get the money. But I'm certain I got these cards as part of large lots over the past year or so, where the going rate was somewhere in the $5-$7.50/card range.

I will concede that it's been much harder to get G-VG condition T206 cards in a lot for under $10/card lately. But I don't see that translating into singles for under $10/card. Given the nice prices of the raw cards I've been selling, I have been turning to SGC 40's and 50's for value.
