Posted By: TimJ
This framed piece looks good.I would ask the seller if it was framed by an archivally trained framer. If you can remove the cards without damaging them, but you could damage the framing makes no sense.I have 17 years of work in this field and using the correct materials is very important. Also what the cards are mounted with is important .Certain mounting adhesives are reversable and some aren't,directly making an impact on a cards value.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=86841&item=5180167 505&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Posted By: TimJ
I would just like to make a note.If you look closely at the matting bevels, you will notice the "whiteness" of the edges. This is a good sign that they were matted with "acid free",or PH neutral mats. This is the best clue that the cards have been treated right in the framing process.

Posted By: Robert
The cards look like they are attached with plastic corners that look like triangles, I used to do this years ago when I wanted to frame some cards. You just have to be carefull and use an exacto knife to cut away the plastic.
