Laminated Baseball Cards
Posted By: Rhys
Is there a way to remove laminate plastic paper from items? The items I am thinking of were pasted to a piece of paper, and then laminated over the front. I do not care about grading or anything, just want to remove the plastic for aesthetics. Anyone ever done this before or is it impossible?

Thanks

Rhys

Posted By: jay behrens
I tried to figure out a way in the 80s, but had no success. Not sure if there is anything new out there that will help remove laminent from a card, but it tends to melt into the card making removal pretty much impossible without destroying the card.

Jay

I've just reached Upper Lower Class. I am now officially a babe magnet for poor chicks.
