5 hours of Tri Star...

Right after he bought it from Pete Calderon, he found a better one on ebay! <br /><br />'34 rookie Goudey and exhibit "Old Aches and Pains" Appling.<br /><br />PSA 6 '53 Bowman Reese..I've been wanting one for years, but kept telling myself I didn't collect modern cards.<br /><br />a '51 Parkhurst Allen Stanley and a C-55 Ernie Russell--minor hockey HOFers.<br /><br />'33 Riterhouse Frisch<br /><br />'41 Double Play Ted Williams<br />Shiny new scorekeeper glove that superficially looks like turn-=of-the century. In other words, I got took.<br /><br />PSA not only treated Mark McCleary like ****, but there were NO GRADERS there at all. GAI had graders, and gave out free info ("your Appling is not trimmed;<br />the Reese is also untrimmed, but is only a 5.5"). It was a pleasure to talk to the GAI people.<br /><br />
