Posted By: Donald Johnson
Trae,

Cracker Jack 101. If the card was a 1915 CJ, the back would be upside down; alternatively a 1914 CJ would be right side up. If you read the # of cards in the set, there are 144 cards in the 1914 set, 176 in the 1915. Sorry to bother you if you already knew this. The card being referenced to in the scan is not even close. If you've ever handled raw CJ's before, the 1914's are almost tissue-like in consistency compared to the slightly sturdier 1915's. Neither of the types will evidence the egg-shell cracking of the card in the scan.

Posted By: dennis
i like the clipped corners that simulate 90 years of wear, the glazed look of old pottery, the slight water staining, and the wonderful discription, not to mention the sellers high feedback, all add to the "obviously rare" $4000 becket value of this card!
