Graded "Handcut" Cards that Aren't
Posted By: Paul
PSA is now grading W-575-2 cards with a "handcut" qualifier. Despite the "W" designation, I don't believe these cards were issued in strips, and I don't think they were handcut. Id PSA just assuming these must be handcut because they are "W" cards, or do any of you have any information suggesting that these cards were issued in strips? If these were factory cut, but PSA actually found evidence of trimming, shouldn't these cards have been rejected?

Graded "Handcut" Cards that Aren't
