Question about Sweet Caporal and Piedmont cards
Posted By: RantInEMinor
I was digging through a friend's cards and came across a few that I had no knowledge of.

The first one is a Sweet Caporal Cigarettes card that has a drawn picture. The name on the front says, "Schaefer, Washington". The back is white with red lettering and lines. The entire back says, "Sweet Caporal Cigarettes, The Standard for Years, New Base Ball Series, 350-460 Subjects." The very bottom says, "Factory No. 42 4th Dist. N.C."

The second card is a Piedmont. The front is also a drawn picture and the name is, "Rhoades, Cleveland". The back says, "Base Ball Series, 350 Subjects, Piedmont, The Cigarette of Quality." The very bottom reads, "Factory No. 25 24th Dist. VA."

If anyone could be of any help (be it proposed year of the cards and, perhaps, value) I would be very grateful.

Thanks,

Rant
