It appears to be 19th century based on the image inside the box. At first I thought it might be Cuban, but "baseball" is spelled in english on the topside of the box. It measures approximently 5"X 5.5" by 11" long.

Sorry for the poor photo quality, my photoshop was accidently deleted so I can't process photos. It's a really sharp looking box!

Any ideas on value or origin?

Thanks in advance for any and all opinions.

Regards,
Nick

I also inadvertantly included some more pictures of it in a photo show, there are four other misc. pictures before the box pictures. Nevertheless, these are better images:
<a href="http://www.photoshow.net/scripts_main/build/player.php?show=lFIHqGAae</a" target=_new>http://www.photoshow.net/scripts_main/build/player.php?show=lFIHqGAae</a>

Please register for a free auction catalog: <a href="http://www.americanmemorabilia.com/Default.asp</a" target=_new>http://www.americanmemorabilia.com/Default.asp</a>
