Posted By: <b>DD</b><p>If you want it authenticated with intentions of selling it, you can go to rrauction.com. I have consigned with them in the past and they get decent prices on autographs. They will authenticate it before putting in their auction.

If you send it to an auction house and they take it, they will authenticate it at no charge to you, then sell it, more than likely getting a higher price than you otherwise could get. If they do not think it is real (failed authentication) then you get it back and there is no charge so this is the way to go if you plan on selling it. Your only loss would be postage to them.<br /><br />If it is for yourself, PSA/DNA has only been doing non-sports for a short time comparatively and I would trust the opinion of an expert in the field of non-sports autographs before them. This is just my opinion though.

Posted By: <b>hankron</b><p>I don't know who you get looking at your sig, but PSA/DNA has John Rezkinoff and Bob Eaton (of R & R) as examiners of historical signatures. I beleive they hired the two so PSA/DNA could handle more historical stuff.
