Posted By: leon
Some are on my new, and badly needing improvement, website. As soon as I get it figured out I believe I will have some of the best cards for sale anywhere. Lot's more of the ones just like I have listed will have a price tag on them (albeit not a cheap one)......No need to ask what else there is because there's a little of everything. I am going to sell most of my dupes (D303's, D304's, D359's, E92's, E94, T-cards, etc) to subsidize some other stuff. Hopefully the site will be improved in the next week or sooner......and thanks to those that have made offers. And as all will see I DO give a return policy. My thinking is that this is a retail site and NOT an auction (ebay) so a return policy is warranted. To each their own.... regards all (the D304 has 2 offers now that are for the listed price...it's sold...thanks)

<a href="http://www.geocities.com/typecard777/vintage_baseball_etc.html</a" target=_new>http://www.geocities.com/typecard777/vintage_baseball_etc.html</a>

Posted By: leon
I am posting here as to not commit a feux pa (sp?). I am sure I spelled that incorrectly. I have had numerous requests as to what I have that is going to be sold. Quite honestly I have not gone through my stuff to see what is for keeps and not. In general I am a type collector and like to have 2 of everything as I can compare what I have to each other (for various reasons). I am probably not going to make any private deals as I want my website to have some really cool stuff on it. If I sell everything first then "no" website... Once I get it together I will make a post here that all is good and the website is up and running. As always it's first come first served...even to my dear friends. I had 5 people offer me what I was asking on the D304 and the Old Judge Hanlon is also sold. SO far so good.....we'll be talkin......also I am thinking about getting them all graded first too...regards all (relax Dan K. )

Posted By: Rhett
Following Leons lead I am in the process of setting up a website with some of my collection on it. Many of the cards are for sale at the right price, but please note that not everything is for sale. I am still in the process of creating the site, and it will likely be a work in progress for some time. I have listed cards in the "19th Century", "Tobacco", "Caramel" and "Misc. Prewar" sections as of this point, so feel free to take a look, and be sure to check it out again when I get a chance to add more stuff. If there is something you are very interested in email me an offer or we can discuss a price for the item. When I get some time I will list prices for some things I am looking to sell. Most items are accompanied by a scan of the front, but those that aren't are due to the fact that I haven't gotten around to scanning them yet. It has actually been pretty fun creating the site, I am only an ameteur at html so don't expect anything fancy, but I didn't use the pagebuilder...I didn't like the defaults they had available. Check out the cards, there are some neat items, like a partial WG7 Walter Mails Game Set, some of the cards in that set are interesting looking. Please, take a look, there are many nice tougher types on the site that could take a long time to track down again. Buy/Sell/Trade - November 2004
Posted By: scott brockelman
i have for sale a very desirable t204 ramly card of ed cicotte, PSA graded vg/ex 4 and could have made 5 on a good day. to top it off it is one of the very rare reverse glossy cards as described in Lew Lipsets book, where the sheet was fed in upside down and the glossy coating went on the back rather than the front, leaving the back a fresh white and the front having toned a bit.

a scarce card of a popular player with a rare error.

$1,500 includes registerd insured shipping.

scott

Posted By: DD
I have 75 35mm black and white photo transparencies from a defunct newspaper. Most feature the Philadelphia Phillies Whiz Kids era. Others have photos of Greasy Neale, major league spring training from 1910's, Tiny Maxwell (football stalwart from turn of the century), and other images including some non-sport related of President Taft and his family. Asking $300, but will consider trades of movie and television press photos, wire photos, candid shots, etc., any year up to 1980's.

David

SOLD!
