BASEBALL MOVIES/black bb documentary

Posted By: dennis
today the encore true stories network is running a day of baseball movies and the documentary "there was a sun shining someplace" about life in the negro leagues. this should be of interest to most here.i just finished watching "the babe ruth story" w/william bendix and if you have never seen this it's really BAD.WELL WORTH WATCHING just for the cliches and bad acting of bendix.i can bet no one can watch without laughing or moaning.the segment of the '32 world "called shot" series is especially funny. heres the site for times http://www.starz.com/se/truestories/index.html
