Here is a scan of the ad sorry it took so long. D.

This clip, from Philip Seib's Matty bio "The Player", shows there there did exist magazine ads for the Blauvelt sweaters. The piece in question, however, being blank-backed, could be either a fly-in addenda type ad from a mail-order catalog, or, more likely, a promo to dealers (possibly from a wholesale-type catalog).

Looks to be a magazine ad, but still nice.
