You could ask, I guess; he's as good as they get in the business.<br><br>There's a many other fine experts I could fully recommend, but most just stick to buying/ selling instead of authenticating send-in items.<br><br><br>*In regard to the frame, you'd have to remove that if you wish to have it properly examined. It's hard to get a sense of 'depth' (i.e. preprint 'ink part of picture' vs. hand-signed 'ink lying on top') with glass in the way.<br>
