Umpire Felt Info
Posted By: Jodi Birkholm
Never seen one of these before. At first, I read the title of this thread and wondered what info the umpire was feeling.

Umpire Felt Info

Umpire Felt Info

Umpire Felt Info
Posted By: jim sexton
I have about a dozen of these felts in two different styles. The first group pictures generic baseball figures like the sample shown above. All have the exact same iron shape with the rough hand cut look to them. These have titles under them, e.g. catcher, short stop, etc. The second group is similar to the first except these are pictures of individual players with team identification. Based on the teams and players, the date seems to be 1936-37. I would guess that they come from some sort of game. I wish I knew more about them.
