Posted By: <b>Alan Elefson</b><p>Hi-<br /> I recenty found a nice old catcher's mask for what I hope was a very decent price at an antique shop in Osakis Minnesota (I am travelling on business and am in Sauk Centre MN - birth place of Sinclair Lewis - for a few days, working with the local hospital). I know there was a thread not too long ago about a homemade spider type catcher's mask but the image on the thread is no longer available. I was hoping to see any and all examples of preWWII catcher masks so I might be able to compare the one I bought today. Because I am travelling I will not be able to scan my example until later in the week, but please feel free to share your mask, and approxiamte date if known. <br />Thanks in advance,<br />Alan Elefson

I tried comparing this mask to the ones on the website and the one Jimmy pictured, but I could not match it exactly (although I am not too good at that sort of thing). It does not have a manufacturer name, and the padding is individual pouches of something (it crunches when you squeeze it).
